Pictures of the Mano Tiver Basin Conference of writers and artists held in Monrovia January. The theme was “The Role of the Writers and Artists in Promoting Peace and Development”. Delegates from Sierra Leone and Guinea attended the Monrovia conference and came up with proposals on the way forward.
